Ages 5–7

Kids Karate

Our Kids Karate classes introduce young students to the basics of martial arts in a fun, positive, and structured environment. Classes are fast-paced and engaging, with a focus on listening, respect, and effort.

Junior Karate & Kickboxing

Junior Karate & Kickboxing combines traditional karate basics with kickboxing-inspired drills to keep older kids challenged and excited to train. Students learn strong technique, controlled power, and how to use their skills responsibly.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) focuses on grappling, positioning, and submissions, teaching students how to control an opponent on the ground using leverage and technique rather than size and strength.

Our BJJ classes are beginner-friendly, with clear instruction and controlled drilling, and also offer advanced material for experienced students.
